Anna-Vanadis Faix is a young philosopher and economist. She holds a doctorate in philosophy and politics from LMU Munich and is currently a research assistant at SIBE Herrenberg. Before that, she studied philosophy and economics at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, the University of Padova and the University of Cambridge. Her research focusses on practical philosophy, concepts of rationality and cooperation. As well as leadership and leadership ethics.

As a research associate and lecturer at SIBE for many years, she deals with normative issues of leadership and innovation.
